WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PROJECT FROM THE PAST AND WHY
The first that comes to mind is the JHA TEDMED projects, from 2009-2011. The show was not technically demanding, but the content and the people we worked with were all at the forefront of their fields. It was great to be able to listen to that conversation. Also, the CES exhibit for the Taylor Group. It was very large projection on a ‘wave’ screen around the entire structure built in the booth. It was an intense project to plan and install, but we did it flawlessly and it came out looking great.
FAVORITE SHOW VENUE
Repeatedly, Moscone Center because of the Local we work with there. They are great. On a one off, the garage of the Menlo Park home where Google was founded.
WHY COWORKERS ARE GREAT
They care about each other and the work they do. The tech is available to anyone, but these people are unique, crazy, and great to work with.
WORLDSTAGE IN ONE WORD
BEST THING ABOUT YOUR CITY
West coast, the left coast…it’s home. That is where my heart is.
Most of my time is spent doing volunteer work, with my family and friends. I also read a lot, play volleyball and basketball, eat, and drink. I like to vacation, as well. Can’t forget about those.
WHY DO YOU ENJOY WORKING FOR WS
The people. It’s the people I get to work with that have made this a career. They have been there for me when things got rough, personally and professionally. I respect and admire them for that, plus so much more.
