Production Manager – New York/New Jersey
WorldStage Inc., a multi-faceted event technology provider with a thirty-year history, WorldStage is seeking an experienced production manager to work on-site at a new, unique and very prominent event location. The production manager will work with the technical team, client producers, development managers and creative agencies to support large-scale event production. The candidate should have 3 – 5 years experience in event production with a very strong emphasis on organizational skills, logistical coordination and CAD capabilities as well as effective communications abilities.

Reports to: VP – SYSTEMS INTEGRATION
Salary: The position is full-time with benefits and compensation is commensurate with experience. Note: This is not a hotel property – it is something completely different.
Duties to Include:
- quantifying event requirements
- supporting event design approval documentation
- creating event layouts and formulating event budgets
- A good working knowledge of event technology is required but others will provide technical expertise.
Location: Time will be split between the field & the WSE Shop and office locations as directed. Primary home location will be the NY/NJ area.
