LED Department Admin & Assistant Asset Manager

Start Date: Positions Currently Open
Reports to: Director LED Services & National LED Asset Manager
Salary: Commensurate With Experience
Location: New Jersey or New York Office

Job Summary:

The LED Department Admin will be responsible for assisting to keep track of all LED assets, purchases, PO’s, travel, expenses and R2 support for the LED team company wide.

Duties to Include:

  • Will assist national LED asset manager with creating transfer orders between offices
  • Will assist with creation of purchase quotes and keeping track of LED purchases
  • Will work with other departments to help maintain LED tracking data
  • Responsible for helping create R2 orders that have LED only on it
  • General R2/Lasso support for the LED team
  • Will book travel for the LED team
  • Will create supporting documentation as needed (should be excel proficient)
  • Will keep notes and records from meetings
  • Will help schedule meetings between multiple parties
  • Assist with LED team expenses
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of LED Services to support the LED Department

Requirements/Experience:

  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Experience building and maintaining databases
  • 2+ years working with R2 or other database asset management system
  • Good communications skills
  • Highly organized
  • A team player
